About me
A little introduction to me.
Hello, I'm Laura, I'm a wife (to a very patient husband) & a dog mum to two miniature schnauzers Spencer & Hugo.
I first started holistic therapies after a TBI my mother sustained. I just knew that there had to be a way to heal. Our bodies have the innate ability to heal and I just knew there was more that could be done!
I feel honoured to be a witness to my mother's healing journey and walk with her back to wholeness. To be able to transmute pain into healing is truly admirable. When my inner strength wanes she's my wonderful reminder that anything is possible. You're the creator of your own reality.
I first trained in Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Massage therapy. I then went on to train in NADA auricular acupuncture, Reiki and Sound healing. The real adventure began as I started to study Homeopathy and I realised how powerful it is! I completed my studies at the Central College of Homeopathy in London.
I am a qualified doula, completing my training with Doulas of NI.
I'm honoured to be able to support women, children & families as they claim back their power.

I have been attending Laura for a few years now for reflexology and acupuncture and decided to go down the homeopathic route this year due to the amount of pain I was suffering throughout my body, swollen legs, not being able to sleep and being so stressed all of the time and homeopathy is amazing. I go to her monthly and she is slowly but surely tackling all of my issues one by one. The swelling in my legs is almost non existent but odd day have it, my pains have eased considerably and she was spot on regarding why I was in pain, I am still in pain at times but nothing like it was, this in turn has helped my stress and my sleep pattern, I am thankful to have found Laura and to continue to improve though this amazing therapy.
