 What will happen during homeopathic treatment, consultation and follow up ?

Your first initial homeopathic appointment will take around 60-75minutes. Before your appointment you will be asked to fill in a health questionnaire and send back before your appointment. The price of the consultations include your prescriptions. Most consultations take place via video call/google teams and your prescription in this instance will be posted to you. During consultation we will take your main concerns & what you would like help with. We would then go through your life to date. From conception through to present day, including any illnesses, traumas, shocks, injuries, surgeries etc. We will then move through this and finish with some general questions like favourite foods, things you enjoy, your sleep etc. You will then be prescribed your prescription based on your needs. They will be either pillules or liquid drops. We advise don't eat or drink 10minutes either side of your remedy. Homeopathy is like a messenger for your body so if taken with food your body wont get the message. Your follow up will take place around 4-6 weeks after your initial appointment where we will revise your case and prescribe what's needed. 

When will i feel the effects?

Everyone's healing journey is different, some people have significant improvement in their symptoms and their energy within a few weeks with others being more gradual. it also depends if you have been on a lot of pharmaceutical or recreational drugs and may take longer to notice improvements.  it may depends how long you have been dealing with your ailment as something that's occurred over years wont be healed overnight. The great thing is homeopathy is non toxic, it will not supress your ailments therefore healing is permanent. Sometimes you will have a return of old symptoms which is a great sign, it will be short lived a matter of hours/over night but a sign your vital force is doing a clean up.
